Booking and visits
How do I book an appointment?
Message us on WhatsApp or call 0319 9980043. Tell us what you need and a day that suits you, and we will confirm a time.
When is the clinic open?
Monday to Saturday, 3:30 to 8:30 PM. The clinic is closed on Sunday.
Where exactly are you?
1st Floor, Plot 18, Street 10, Beacon One, Phase 4, Bahria Town, Rawalpindi. The map on this page gives directions to the door.
Do you see children?
Yes. We offer fluoride therapy, fillings, pulp treatment and extractions for children, with a gentle, unhurried approach. Please bring a parent or guardian.
Costs and plans
How much will my treatment cost?
It depends on what you need. After your examination we explain your options and give you the cost of each before any treatment starts, so there are no surprises.
Can treatment be done in stages?
Often, yes. Larger plans such as implants or a smile makeover can be split into stages. Ask us at your consultation and we will plan it with you.
Will I always see the same doctor?
You will see the clinician trained for your treatment. If your plan needs more than one speciality, the team plans it together and keeps one record for you.
Dental treatments
Is a root canal painful?
The treatment is done under local anaesthetic, so most patients feel pressure rather than pain. Some tenderness afterwards is normal and usually settles within a few days.
Braces or clear aligners: which is right for me?
Both can straighten teeth. Aligners are nearly invisible and removable; braces suit a wider range of cases. Our consultant orthodontist will recommend the better option after examining your teeth.
Can I get an implant for a missing tooth?
Most adults with healthy gums and enough bone are suitable. We check this with an examination and imaging before planning your implant.
Is professional whitening safe?
Yes, when it is done by a dentist. We check your teeth and gums first. Some short-lived sensitivity is common and settles on its own.
How often should I have a check-up?
Every six months for most people. Regular check-ups and cleans catch decay and gum problems while they are still small and simple to treat.
Skin treatments
Which skin treatment should I choose?
Book a skin consultation. We look at your skin and your goals, then suggest a treatment or a combination, such as a HydraFacial with skin boosters.
How many laser hair removal sessions will I need?
Hair grows in cycles, so laser is done as a course of sessions spaced a few weeks apart. The number depends on the area, your skin and your hair.
Is there downtime after skin treatments?
A HydraFacial has none. Microneedling, PRP and injectables can leave mild redness or swelling for a short time. We explain what to expect before you start.
Can I combine a dental and a skin appointment?
Yes. Many patients book both on the same visit. Mention it when you book and we will arrange the timings.
After your treatment
Everyday care
- Brush twice a day for two minutes with a fluoride toothpaste.
- Clean between your teeth once a day.
- Keep sugary snacks and drinks to mealtimes.
- Come back for a check-up every six months.
After whitening
- Avoid tea, coffee and other strongly coloured food and drinks for the first couple of days.
- Some sensitivity is common for a short time and settles on its own.

After an extraction or surgery
- Bite gently on the gauze you are given until the bleeding stops.
- Avoid rinsing, spitting hard or using a straw for the first day.
- Eat soft, cool food and follow the medicine advice from your surgeon.
After skin treatments

- Wear sunscreen every day and avoid strong sun while the skin settles.
